toasted sesame oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
- In a roasting pan, combine potatoes, oil, garlic, and herbs and toss well until potatoes are well-coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in oven and roast for 20 minutes or until potatoes are just tender when tested with a fork.
- In a mixing bowl, toss asparagus in sesame oil until coated.
- Add asparagus to roasting pan with potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
