Quinoa Salad

mustard, whole grain

cup (30 ml)
olive oil

quinoa

tbsp (30 ml)
sherry vinegar

cup (30 ml)
sunflower seeds, hulled
DIRECTIONS
- Cook quinoa in cold salted water and bring to boil, simmer 8 minutes.
- Strain and cool.
- Mix whole grain mustard and sherry vinegar in a bowl and slowly add olive oil until emulsified.
- Mix sunflower seeds, quinoa and mustard dressing together.
