Ponzu Sauce

INGREDIENTS

cup (80 ml)
fish stock or dashi
1/4
cup (60 ml)
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3
cup (80 ml)
light soy sauce
1
tbsp (20 ml)
seasoned rice vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingrediants to make sauce.
