Mocha Sauce

INGREDIENTS

tbsp (10 ml)
coffee liqueur
1/2
lb (230 g)
dark chocolate, chopped
1
cup (250 ml)
whipping cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan over low heat. Once hot, whisk in teh chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in the liqueur. Remove from heat to cool and thicken.
