cane sugar syrup

cranberry juice

oz (50 ml)
Cruzan Single Barrel Estate rum
10
red grapes
2
sprigs of fresh sage
1/2
oz (20 ml)
Taylor Fladgate 1st Estate port
DIRECTIONS
- Muddle 6 red grapes and 1 sprig of fresh sage in a Boston mixing glass.
- Add cranberry juice, cane sugar and alcohol.
- Shake vigorously with ice and double strain into a martini glass or champagne coupe.
- Garnish with 4 red grapes attached to the stem and fresh sage to resemble mistletoe.
