Angostura bitters

oz (20 ml)
Cinzano Rosso

oz (20 ml)
Malbec syrup (see recipe in instructiosn setcion)
1 1/2
oz (50 ml)
Sailor Jerry's Spiced Rum
1/2
oz (20 ml)
Tio Pepe fino Sherry
DIRECTIONS
- Pull all ingredients into a chilled mizing glass, fill glass with ice and stir for at least 30 seconds.
- Strain into a goblet or snifter-style glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Malbec Syrup: In a small saucepan, combing two parts Malbec wine with one part sugar and simmer over low heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from teh heat and let cool. Store in refrigerator in an airtight bottle.
