Irish Coffee
INGREDIENTS

tsp (10 ml)
brown sugar

oz (120 ml)
hot coffee

oz (30 ml)
Irish whiskey
1
shave chocolate, for garnish (optional)

whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
- In a glass mug, combine the whiskey and coffee.
- Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Heat a metal spoon in hot water and then slowly pour the cream over the back of the spoon and into the coffee.
- Garnish with shave chocolate if desired.
