Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS

tsp (10 ml)
brown sugar
4
oz (120 ml)
hot coffee
1
oz (30 ml)
Irish whiskey
1
shave chocolate, for garnish (optional)
1
whipping cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a glass mug, combine the whiskey and coffee.
  2. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  3. Heat a metal spoon in hot water and then slowly pour the cream over the back of the spoon and into the coffee.
  4. Garnish with shave chocolate if desired.
