Delicious cocktail creation by Danielle Tatarin, award-winning mixologist, bartender and entrepreneur.

INGREDIENTS

ds
angelica tinticure
1
oz (30 ml)
Lillet Blanc fortified white wine
1
oz (30 ml)
rosemary syrup
2
oz (60 ml)
Tanqueray 10 Gin

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir all ingredients on ice for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pumpkin gelée and candied lemon zests.
